Reservations and payment

Reservations are subject to availability. Before finalizing the contract, the chosen experience, date, time, number of participants and total price, including applicable taxes, will be indicated.

Payment will be made using the methods available during the booking process. Once completed, the customer will receive a confirmation with the details of their contract.

Each experience includes only the services described in your profile.

Minimum number of participants

A minimum of 4 people per booking is established. If this minimum is not reached, we can cancel the reservation at least 48 hours before the activity. In this case, the amount paid will be returned in full.

Cancellations by the customer

Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will be entitled to a full refund.

If canceled less than 72 hours and at least 48 hours in advance, 50% of the amount will be refunded.

Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.

The deadlines will be calculated based on the date and time of the start of the activity. To request a cancellation, the customer must contact us and indicate the details of their reservation.

Reservation changes

Requests to change the date, time or number of participants will be subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team.

Cancellations by the organization

If we are unable to carry out the contracted activity, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and return the full amount. We may offer an alternative date, whose acceptance will be voluntary.

Right of withdrawal

Tastings reserved for a specific date and time, such as leisure activities, are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. The cancellation policy described in these conditions will apply.
